Flat-Fee and Hourly Trial Advocacy Services

Rich Ackerman has been trying cases before California courts for over 15 years.  He has tried civil cases, constitutional law cases, and lowgrade criminal cases.  During this time, he has represented parties in more than 100 trials, mediations or arbitrations.

Mr. Ackerman often works on a flat fee for trial work.  The amount of your fee will depend on the length of trial, the amount of pre-trial preparation already completed by you or a prior attorney, place of trial, and a number of other factors.  Per day trial fees range from $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per day of trial.  Consultations must be made at least 4-6 weeks in advance of any trial.
