Here you will find an overview of the fields of law our attorneys practice.  We practice mostly in the Southwest Riverside and Central Riverside Courts.  We serve the Greater Riverside Area, Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Sun City, Nuevo, Romoland, Canyon Lake, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Hemet, St. Jacinto, Winchester, Wildomar, Corona, French Valley, and surrounding communities.  Cases outside of these areas are taken in a case by case basis depending on the potential merits and substance of the matter.  We sincerely look forward to meeting your needs.

Our Main Areas of Legal Practice:

Commercial Litigation

We have significant experience in litigating, negotiating, evaluating, and consulting on business disputes.  Such matters include corporate dissolution, business accounting issues, business formation, partnership dissolution, settlements, releases, business continuity, and related issues.  Both attorneys offer a low consultation fee and very competitive hourly rates depending on the nature of your particular dispute.

Complex & Civil Rights Litigation

 Mr. Ackerman has represented parties with a great success rate in over 100 matters that have gone to trial before a judge or which have gone to alternative dispute resolution.  Atop this success, many other cases have been resolved as a result of success at the pre-trial phase and whether the other side thought it was better to settle than risk going to trial.  Aside from this success at the trial court level, Mr. Ackerman has argued many successful appeals and has several published decisions (California Court of Appeal and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals).
